Terms and Conditions section is an agreement between the client and practitioner. 

Please review the following terms and conditions prior to coming to a session:

• Payments: When booking a session, you will be required to pay the full amount.
• Cancellation Policy: Sometimes life happens and things come up. To cancel an appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. If notified within 24 hours will receive credit for session to apply to future sessions.
• Rescheduling Appointments: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please reschedule with 24 hours notice via e-mail to mindoverhealing2@outlook.com. Emergencies and other unforseen events will be considered.
• No Shows: If there is a no show with no notice or attempt to reschedule, the full fee will be charged.
• Scheduled time: Generally keep to session timeframe to give consideration to therapist and other clients. If go over 15 minutes time then there may be charges added.
• Rules of Conduct: I understand sometimes a client may feel stressed or agitated; however, during a session all parties are to conduct themselves calmly and courteously. If there is unruly behavior, the session will end and no refunds given.
• Hypnotherapy Application Questionnaire: Before coming to a session, you will be sent the Hypnotherapy Application Questionnaire, which you can e-mail to mindoverhealing2@outlook.com. This needs to be completed before the First 30 Minute phone consultation.
